C'e' voluta un'occasione davvero speciale, il 40esimo compleanno di un grande amico Amleto, per darmi il coraggio di affrontare il mio primo "gunpla", acronimo per "Gundam Plastic Model", o più semplicemente il buon vecchio robottone Gundam pilotato da Peter Rei, uno dei più famosi cartoni animati degli anni 80. Questo è stato il mio regalo per lui.

It was a very special event, 40th birthday of a great friend Amleto, that throw me out the courage to build my first "gunpla", that means "Gundam Plastic Model", or simply dear old Gundam 'bot driven by Amuro Rei, most iconic cartoon of 80ies. This is my birthday present for him.

Today's unboxing is really particular, it's a Gundam RX-78-2 model, in laminated chromed metal, to assemble without use of glue. It's a 3D puzzle definitely.
